We sell products on e-commerce and our sales channels are as follows.

Sales Channels

Japan : Amazon, Rakuten, Yahoo Auction, Mercari

Worldwide : eBay, Shopify

We have many sales channels in Japan.Sales channels in Japan include Amazon, Rakuten, Mercari, and Yahoo Auction, all of which are online stores that attract as many customers as Amazon in Japan. We list our products on other sales channels because they attract a different demographic of customers than Amazon. Rakuten is particularly famous for its sponsorship of the Barcelona soccer club team.

We have over 20,000 transactions on eBay with a customer satisfaction rate of 99.7% as of January 2024. We operate our own online store on Shopify and have a close and continuous relationship with our customers.

We strive to be close to our customers, and even when we receive complaints, we respond with sincerity, putting the customer's feelings first. As a result, many of our customers become repeat customers, and we believe that we are able to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

About

We are committed to courteous transactions, remembering that many people are involved in each and every transaction. I was born in 1989 and am now 34 years old. I have enjoyed anime since I was 4 years old. I especially love anime such as Hunter x Hunter, One Piece, Dragon Ball, Death Note, Fullmetal Alchemist, etc. I particularly like Hunter x Hunter so much that I opened my own Youtube channel. I provide in-depth information for overseas viewers that is only available in Japan so that they can further enjoy Hunter x Hunter.

I also love sports. I played baseball for four years in elementary school, basketball for six years in middle and high school, and Nippon Kempo (Japanese Mixed Martial Arts) for four years in college. Currently, I have been passionate about golf for 3 years. However, I have no talent, and I keep hitting heavy, so my elbow has tendonitis all the time. Even when I buy new irons, my friends make fun of me for buying new shovels. I love golf, but it seems that golf hates me. However, by continuing to practice steadily, my best score is 87.

When I was a college student, I became obsessed with a Japanese band called ELLE GARDEN, which sings English lyrics. I wanted to know the lyrics in depth and got into studying English. I fell in love with English and was able to obtain a TOEIC (Test of English for International Communication) score of 930.

After the 2011 Tohoku earthquake, I participated in volunteer activities and met many different people. In my volunteer activities, I am influenced by a great number of company executives and people with extensive overseas experience. So, I discuss with them about studying abroad in the U.S. to learn English. However, they told me that it was too ordinary and uninteresting, so I decided to go backpacking.

In 2012, during my senior year of college, I took a year off from college and went wandering in Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, and India. I decided to visit Malaysia as the first country in my life. It was to meet a friend who had been teaching me English on a language exchange site for several years. I also climbed Mount Kinabalu, the highest mountain in Southeast Asia, for two days and one night. In the Philippines, I enroll in an English language school. I learned many things by talking directly with local people. At the time I was worried about my career path after college. When I talked to my teacher about it, he said, "We are thankful to have even one job. It is wonderful that you have various options to worry about. It is wonderful that you have different options, and you should be more positive and happy that you are struggling."  His words continue to strike me to this day. I enjoyed backpacking in Thailand and India with friends I met at the school. The Ganges River in India was particularly impressive. Indians offer prayers of thanksgiving to the Ganges River, which carries the blessings of new life as it carries away the dead to the river. It was a very mystical scene and an experience that made me strongly feel the connection of life. These experiences gradually inspired me to want to do business that would connect to the world.

In 2014, my first year in the business, I joined as a founding member of RUNART Inc, a company of a friend I met through volunteer activities for the Tohoku earthquake, where I imported and sold insoles from overseas to runners suffering from lower limb disorders. At that time, I also did running because I felt that I could not understand how customers felt unless I ran myself. I was able to run a marathon in less than four hours, and I still continue running as a hobby. I did everything at work, including miscellaneous tasks, but I was mainly in charge of attracting customers to the blog. After a year, the company took off, but I felt a strong desire to start my own business, so I decided to start a sole proprietorship.
